No, we cannot modify payments as nightly stay bookings.  Book directly through your favorite STR platform: AirBnB or VRBO. 

The Event fee is a separate contract directly through us and full payment upon signing is required for booking purposes. 

No, we do not have any permission through the STR platforms to make payment adjustments. 

No you can bring your own vendors, however we require proof of insurance/license. Please do ask about our preferred vendors that have worked with us in the past.

Not at this time. This is the ultimate DIY wedding!  You will have access to the property and wedding essentials to use at your leisure.  Once done you would clean and place back in their original location. 

We do not serve Alcohol, but you are more than welcome to bring your own for short term stays. For Events with over 25 guests, we require a TIPS certified bartending service.
